Born and raised in Ghana, Macaiah grew up in a family of five children, consisting of four boys and one girl. As the firstborn, he developed an early understanding of leadership, responsibility, and the importance of setting an example. Growing up under the guidance of his mother following his father's departure during his childhood played a defining role in shaping his character and ambitions.

His educational journey began at Accra Academy Senior High School before continuing to the University of Ghana, where he studied Information Technology. Alongside his creative pursuits, Macaiah has established himself professionally in the banking industry, demonstrating an ability to balance professional responsibilities with his passion for fashion.

For Macaiah, modelling is a platform for expressing individuality and an opportunity to communicate confidence through fashion. His interests extend to contemporary menswear, editorial photography, runway presentations, and visual storytelling.
